Lone Worker Training


Staff who have to work alone and through the course of their work are required to visit service users or clients in their own home or at another location

Increase your understanding of the risks associated with lone working and the key legislation that relates to this, including responsibilities of employers and employees. You will learn how to plan visits to reduce personal safety risks, how to complete dynamic risk assessments and how to deal with potentially aggressive situations
