At UNISON we have many members who face challenging behaviour in the workplace and we recognise the need to support our members with the most up-to-date and relevant training. UNISON have been working with 2Resolve for a long time and hundreds of staff have now attended their bespoke training workshops. The benefits members have reported include an increased sense of confidence, safety and knowledge of conflict and how to resolve it. 2Resolve equip people with a necessary skill set to effectively manage conflict situations. We look forward to continuing our work with them.
